We collect the following information when you fill out our consultation form:

Your business name
Your business address
Your email address
Your phone number (and phone type - mobile, work, or home)
Your industry/business type
Your current website URL (if you have one)
What you want your website to do
Why you're contacting us

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Contact you about your consultation request
Build and maintain your website (if you become a client)
Process your payments through Stripe
Send you important notices about your account or our service
Improve our website and services

What we do NOT do

We do NOT:

Sell your information to anyone
Use your information for marketing emails (we don't have a newsletter)
Share your information with third parties except Stripe (for payment processing) and our hosting provider (for hosting your website)

Analytics

We track basic analytics on this website - things like how many people visit, which pages they look at, and general location data. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool. We do NOT use Google Analytics. We do NOT track you with advertising cookies.

How long we keep your data

If you fill out the consultation form but don't become a client, we keep your submission in our database until you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, your data is covered by our client agreement and retention policy (see our Cancellation & Data Retention Policy).

You have the right to:

Ask us what data we have about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Opt out of analytics tracking (most browsers let you do this)

Security & contact

We take reasonable steps to protect your data: SSL encryption, secure hosting with DDoS protection, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
