How payments work

A one-time $399 setup fee is charged when you sign up, plus a monthly subscription for the tier you choose (Starter $99, Professional $175, or Premium $249). The setup fee covers the design and build of your site, your first month of hosting, setup and onboarding, and all features of your tier for month 1. Your monthly subscription starts with a 30-day free trial; the first monthly charge hits on day 30, then monthly after that. All billing goes through Stripe. Month-to-month, no long-term contract.

What your payment covers

The $399 setup fee covers the design and build of your website. Your monthly subscription covers hosting, DDoS protection, SSL, on-site SEO, security monitoring, backups, mobile-responsive design, a contact form, and a monthly limit of change requests (Starter 1, Professional 4, Premium 8). The exact scope per tier is on our Services page and pricing section; legal pages (terms, privacy, cookies) are included on all tiers at no extra cost and don't count toward your page limit.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your credit card information - Stripe handles that securely. Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy apply to your use of Stripe.

Refunds

If we don't deliver a draft of your website within 30 days of your payment clearing, we'll refund everything you've paid: the $399 setup fee and any monthly subscription charges. The setup fee covers work that begins immediately (design, build, onboarding), so once that work is underway it is generally non-refundable except under the 30-day delivery promise. Domain names, custom email, and other add-ons are not refunded. Once a draft is delivered to you, the 30-day promise is fulfilled and you are no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement, per Stripe's processing timeline.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription is month-to-month with no long-term contract. When you cancel, we'll prepare your website files for transfer. See our Cancellation & Data Retention Policy for details.

Failed payments

If your payment fails, we'll notify you by email. You'll have 3 days to update your payment method. If payment isn't received within 3 days, your subscription may be suspended.

Price changes

We don't currently plan to change our pricing. If we ever do, we'll give you 30 days notice before any change takes effect. You can cancel before the price change takes effect.

Domain billing

Domain names are billed separately, annually, based on the cost of your specific domain. We'll discuss the cost with you before registering. Domain costs are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
