About this policy

JD's Web Service manages hosting for client websites. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on a website we host infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown request using the form below.

How to file a DMCA notice

Fill out the form below with the required information. We'll review your notice and, if it appears valid, remove the infringing content and notify the website owner. If the owner disputes your claim, they can file a counter-notice.

What happens after you submit

We review your notice to make sure it's complete and appears valid.

If valid, we remove the infringing content from the website and notify the website owner.

The website owner can file a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

If a counter-notice is filed, we may restore the content after 10-14 days unless you notify us that you've filed a legal action to restrain the infringement.

Required statements

I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
