Every plan includes website design and build (covered by the one-time $399 setup fee), hosting, DDoS protection, SSL, mobile-responsive design, a contact form, security updates and monitoring, and emergency bug fixes. The three monthly tiers differ on pages (Starter 5, Professional 8, Premium 25), change requests per month (1, 4, or 8), backups, support level, and extras like blog, events calendar, and performance reports. The $399 is a one-time charge that covers the design and build of your website, your first month of hosting, setup and onboarding, and all the features of your chosen tier for month 1. Payment must be received and cleared before any work starts, and our 30-day delivery promise starts from the date your payment clears. After month 1, your monthly subscription (Starter, Professional, or Premium) takes over.
Yes. We transfer all website files to you at any time if you want them, including a setup guide for the next developer should you ever cancel. Your website is yours.

No. After the one-time $399 setup, your monthly subscription is month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you want to leave, you can, and you take all your website files with you.
Each tier includes a monthly limit of change requests (Starter 1, Professional 4, Premium 8). Change requests and content updates are the same thing and all go through your client portal. If you run out, you can buy extra change requests at $25 each, or upgrade to a higher tier for a higher monthly limit.
Yes, on the Premium plan. The Starter and Professional plans do not include a blog or news section. Premium also includes an events calendar and a monthly performance report.
Hosting and security are included on every tier: VPS web hosting, DDoS protection via Cloudflare, an SSL certificate, mobile-responsive design, security updates and monitoring, and emergency bug fixes (you can call us for emergencies even on the Starter email-only plan). The difference across tiers is backups, support level, and the extras above.
